How to Join
To ensure exclusive benefit to the independent optometry community, Vision One has specific membership eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
To become a member of Vision One, you must belong to one of the following groups:
- All licensed optometrists in California
- Vision Service Plan (VSP) member doctors
- California, Colorado, and Ohio Optometric Association members and affiliate societies
- Families of Vision One Credit Union members

Business Accounts
To take advantage of the business products Vision One has to offer, you must open a Membership Share Savings account and maintain a $25 minimum balance.
Please read the Business Membership Account Agreement and contact us to obtain the Business Account Card to establish membership. Along with that, please be prepared to provide the following to open your account:
- Legible copies of valid Drivers' Licenses for all signers
- Evidence of membership eligibility
- Opening deposit of $25 for Regular Share Savings account.
- Opening deposit of $500 for a Business Checking account
- Business documentation
Personal Accounts
To take advantage of Vision One personal account products, you must open a separate Membership Share Savings account and maintain a $25 minimum balance.
Please contact us to obtain the Personal Account Card to establish membership. Along with the card, please be prepared to provide the following to open your account :
- Legible copies of valid Driver's Licenses for all signers
- Evidence of membership eligibility
- Opening deposit of $25 for Regular Share Savings Account
- Opening deposit of $100 for a Personal Checking Account - (For this type of account, please complete the Regulation E Overdraft Opt In Form provided by our Deposit Services team, in addition to the required documentation.)
