Debit Card/ATM 
The Vision One Debit Card has the power of VISA. Use it just like a check; present it at the time of purchase and the amount is deducted automatically from your checking account. A record of your transactions are detailed on your monthly checking account statement.

Electronic PIN based purchasing from your checking account that is safe and easy at Point-of-Sale (POS) merchant locations. For your convenience, your Debit Card can be used for signature based transactions at any merchant location that accepts VISA.

With Vision One Credit Union, you will have access to your account worldwide with your Debit or ATM card anywhere you see these logos: CO-OP Network, STAR ATM Network and PLUS System. Click on the network links to find the location nearest you.

PIN Change 
Vision One offers you the convenience to change the PIN (personal identification number) on your VISA debit card. Please call 888-891-2435 and follow the prompts.

Payroll Services
Payroll services provide a comprehensive business solutions that are accurate, confidential, and affordable. Services are provided by third party affliates.

Taxpay 
Make all of your payroll tax deposits electronically, so that you don't have to remember to calculate, to sign or when to send in your payroll tax returns. Additionally, the liability for the timeliness and accuracy of your tax deposit and returns is no longer on your shoulders.

Employee Pay Options
Employees can enjoy the benefits of direct deposit regardless of their banking situation. If some employees prefer live checks they can come pre-signed and sealed in case you are not there on pay day.

Time and Labor Solutions 
The IRS reports an annual savings of $602.00 per employee by putting a time keeping system in place. Employees are given badges to clock in and out and you can pull helpful reports such as an "approaching overtime" or "missed punch" report. The hours can seamlessly integrate into your payroll system. Just review and make any changes and submit your completed payroll.

You can utilize our flexible, hassle-free, fully transparent merchant services solution. As a full-service global payment provider, we take a transaction from initiation through to clearing and funding with a wide-range of feature rich payment solutions. Services provided by third party affliates.

Accept in-person payments and choose from a selection of Dial and IP (Internet) Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals to meet your specific requirements. You will also get support using your existing terminal or help you migrate to a new solution to maintain your business’ Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. Access Your Money in Thousands of Locations!

Your membership and accounts will remain at Vision One Credit Union, but you and your family members can access your accounts and conduct business with your credit union at more than 5,500 convenient locations. To ensure quick quality service, please have three things ready when you visit a CO-OP Shared Branch location:

  • The name of your Credit Union: Vision One Credit Union
  • Your account lookup number (the number on the bottom of your checks, not your account number)
  • A current, VALID U.S. Government issued picture Identification with signature (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)

Interbank Transfers
InterBank Transfers allow you to transfer funds between your bank accounts at other financial institutions and your accounts at Vision One Credit Union. This service is available for checking accounts only.

How does it work?

Once you have been enrolled into interbank transfer you will log into online banking to access it. You will now see an interbank transfer tab. From the interbank transfer tab you will set up your institutions and go through a verification process. You will need to provide the bank names, routing numbers and account numbers for the different bank accounts you want to enroll in the service. You must be an account owner of all enrolled accounts. Once you have been enrolled and completed the verification process you can complete your first transfer.
